Young people are the driving force of tomorrow.

In Somalia, a large youth population faces limited access to education, employment, and meaningful participation in society. In the UK, marginalized youth often encounter barriers to opportunity and inclusion. Our Youth Development Program invests in their potential.
 
We provide vocational training, apprenticeships, and life-skills education to equip young people with practical tools for employment. Courses range from technical trades to entrepreneurship and digital skills, preparing youth for local and global job markets.
 
Leadership and civic engagement are core elements of our approach. We create youth clubs, mentorship programs, and community projects that encourage young people to participate in decision-making and contribute positively to society.
 
Sports, arts, and cultural activities also play a key role in building confidence, teamwork, and self-expression. These activities offer constructive alternatives to harmful behaviours and help foster social cohesion.
 
In the UK, we support refugee and disadvantaged youth through mentoring, career guidance, language learning, and community integration programs. We help them navigate new environments and build aspirations for the future.
